Certified and degree fitness professional trainer will take you through your first assessment to measure your strength, flexibility and endurance. The assessment will also include a review of your medical, nutrition and exercise history. From the assessment a program will be design specifically towards your personal goals and results your plan will mix the right combination of five strategic fitness components to help you change your lifestyle, feel great and get fit.

Cardiovascular Health-Learn the optimum duration, speed, tools and technique to get the most from your cardio workouts.

Resistance Training – Discover how to tone, tighten and strengthen your body while losing body fat percentage and gaining muscle circumference. You will also work on Balance and Flexibility which will help with better power training and to move faster and more efficiently.

Proper Nutrition Counseling- A personal program will be design to help you to a healthier lifestyle change in eating and to educate the client on nutrition and how to cook healthy.

Supplementation- Learn what vitamins and minerals that enhance your workouts and provide new found energy and vitality.

Personal Assistance- Each Client is hold accountable for their own success. The trainer will check every week with the client to make sure he/she is on track with the other 4 Components.

This is a Great way to do Personal Training without the Weekly commitment. You can buy as many sessions as you like. Remember the more Session you purchase the more discounted rate you will receive. You book a time and date with a training Wheelz Personal Trainer. You will have a 60 Min workout that will guarantee a full body efficient workout out. This is for people who want a little more focused workout out or can not make the classes on the class schedule.
