30 Min H.I.I.T/TABATA

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Tabata: The fastest proven method of burning calories and fat grams. The Tabata protocol is a high intensity training regime that produces remarkable results through a variety of training techniques: kettlebells, body weight, battle ropes. The intervals both tax your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems.

POWER CYCLE or CLUB SPIN

Is the indoor or outdoor cycling workouts. I power cycle classes challenge you where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring instructors who lead through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within! Club spin same awesome workout just with Hip Hop Music and disco lights bring the club atmosphere to the gym.

Power Roll/Bend/Stretch

A workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a care- fully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Power Up

A strength and endurance training class where muscle and music collide! A full body work out that uses all exercise weight resistance tools from ankle weights, dumbbells, barbells, bands and medicine and balance balls to give you the most efficient workout in 60 Min Guarantee to hit every muscle in the body you leave wanting more

Power Kettle-Bell

Kettle bells are at the cutting edge of functional movement exercise systems – they epitomize full body movements through coordinated physical effort, mental concentration and dynamic intensity. Kettle bells are ideal because they blend strength, power, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, flexibility, and balance into a kind of ‘condensed’ training that translates into everyday life, your sport of choice, or a demanding job. This class format is for those who want a weekly kick-butt workout and learn how to use kettle bells safe and effectively

Power Bosu

An acronym for “both sides up”. The BOSUTM Balance Trainer is a half ball with a platform side and a dome shape side. You can perform movement on sides, standing, sitting, and kneeling or on arms. The BOSUTM class will focus on the Pilates principles of balance, core stability and “other” muscles you haven’t felt before in a totally different fashion and a great element of fun!

BOOTCAMP/TRX (Suspension Training)

This 60 minute TRX class is straight forward TRX workout focusing more on TRX positions, duration and endurance as well as balance & strength. In this class you will also include Cardio Circuit, a super-charged combo of strength and cardio training. Our Unique interval program joins TRX® Suspension Training® with the benefits of anaerobic, fat burning. You can boost metabolism, improve heart and lungs, and tone up fast. This class is open to all levels and no prior experience is necessary!

Power Combat (Kickboxing) Bring Your Own Gloves

This class is  a fusion of boxing, martial arts and aerobics usually done rhythmically to music. Offering an intense cross-training and total-body workout it utilizes the training routines used by combat athletes in martial arts, boxing and kickboxing. The objective of cardio kickboxing is not to make a “fighter” out of you, but rather to give you a holistic, total-body training program that combines an aerobic workout with the movements and techniques of martial arts. In addition the classes provides strength training benefits because of the “resistance” when punching or kicking the heavy bags and striking pads. However, unlike training in combat sports, there is no physical contact as in sparring. Cardio kickboxing is offered as a fun and functional alternative to conventional aerobics training for fitness buffs who want a great workout with equally great results.

Step & Sculpt

Use the step as a “training tool” instead of worrying about complex choreography! This step class focuses more on simplifying the movements to enhance the athletic training component. You will sweat, yet not feel confused with intricate routines! Step it up!
Tone up your legs and booty by moving up, over and around the step. Developed as a way to get a high intensity, yet low impact workout – this class will improve your coordination by learning choreographed routines that make the hour fly by!

Club Spin

Leave your Phone and stress at the door and in the locker. this is a 45 Min class. All Lights are off and get ready to clip /strap in and rock out to one of a kind play list and club lights. It’s a powerful mind-body experience. This is a great class to boost your cardiovascular health, strength and endurance without feeling like it a actual workout.
